Looking for a spare room in apt/home

Quiet professional looking to share a room with like minded individuals. I’m a teacher and don’t usually go out or cause a rukus, very friendly but keeps to myself most times. I was hit with hard times very suddenly and need to move. I have no preferences on rooms so long as they’re reasonably priced and fellow roomies know how to co habitate. I’m clean and pay on time.
