Walk to train for DFW airport

I'm married and live in Las Vegas but am a flight attendant for American Airlines. I'll be commuting between DFW and Las Vegas, so won't be in room except 8 to 14 nights per month. I would like the option of my husband staying here 1 or 2 nights per month when we meet up to travel somewhere. Room needs to be within easy walking distance to either the Orange Line or a TexRail station that goes into DFW. I'm clean, quiet and will usually be traveling most nights. Can negotiate on rent. I have a crash pad currently and am would prefer my own room. My own bath would be great, but willing to share.
