Private room to rent

I am a professional male aged 50 that trains artificial intelligence models. I am looking for a large room. I am available to move from 05/01/2024 and have a budget of $1,100/month. I would like to share with males or females of any age.

I work out of the house and am in front of my computer all day. Now that the weather is getting nicer I'll typically take my dog for a walk after work and cook dinner. Then a little TV to wind down and I'm typically lights out and in bed by 10.

Weekends typically include some laundry, cleaning my room and bathroom, and maybe a hike. Probably a trip to the grocery store.

I spend most of my time in my room, but we may cross paths when cooking, cleaning the house/kitchen or taking my dog out. Depending on space, I may bring over some of my dumbbells and get a little workout in either outside or in the garage if there is space.
