Room wanted in Boston

looking for a room or appartment available. I'm a 19 y. o. student looking for an accomodation for my junior year and hopefully my sophomore aswell.
I'm tidy and organised, usually clean my area about twice a week and enjoy cooking.
I have strong personal hygiene, tend to be very clean and tidy, both as a person and, as said above about my personal space.
as a person I'm reasonable and outgoing, put communication above everything else and will talk in case something is wrong, leaving nothing to immagination or guess work.
