Looking for considerate roommate

Hello, my name is Flannery. I am 22 and I own a 3 year old pitbull. He is dog friendly, and quite aloof so he won't bother anyone much. He is NOT cat friendly, he has a high prey drive. I am a professional dog groomer, and I work at least 4 days a week. My dog comes to work with me. I am a quiet person who doesn't have many friends, so I don't have people over often. I am clean and considerate of shared spaces. I do vape, but don't smoke, and rarely drink. I am looking for someone who is similar to me in these aspects. Clean, considerate, and respectful. I don't mind the occasional party or gatherings as long as I'm just given a heads up. I am apart of the LGBTQ+ community, and am looking for a female or non binary roommate only.
