I am a snow bird , just out of a relationship...

I am a snow bird , just out of a relationship . Would like to stay in the area of Dayton oh and surrounding area's .I am only in Ohio for a short amount of time 4 months in the spring and summer and 1 month in December.. i am always very active and I don't smoke or drink. Looking for someone needing to rent out a room every year. As far as a roommate some one who is easy to get along with, please no drama.
