Artist looking for space to call home

I’m not completely familiar with Los Angeles so I tried to click the right buttons, but I am looking for something ideally in Silverlake, Los Feliz, Eco Park, Pasadena, basically something safe and hopefully reasonable parking.

I am a professional studio artist. I’m usually on site three days a week. In general when I come home I’m pretty exhausted and just want to throw on a movie and hopefully play with my bunny. I’m quite self-sufficient. I’m cool with people being in the house And parties. I am more of the dinner party variety right now, but I do throw my annual birthday party and it’s a pretty big bash. I am looking for something where I can come home to a chill environment and if we click, that’s cool and if we don’t, we can just be respectful adults to each other.

I’m a bit older, but I promise I’m more wild than you are. However, I also Created my own own business so I take that very seriously.

I’ve lived overseas and I’ve done a little bit of traveling. I’m happy to talk About any subject as long as I have some knowledge of it. I tend to like smart people.

My friend got me a bunny rabbit for my birthday and I would very much like to be able to get the bunny and have it live in the house. I am a very responsible, pet Owner. I hope this is something that is open for discussion.

In the meantime, I’m just trying to make it through this new world we’re all living in.
