I am looking to find myself an affordable living arrangement. Sub-lease is what they call it. I can purchase my own bedroom furniture being that I would like to sleep on a more comfortable bed that I have been planning for sometime now. My goal is work on my finances and raise my credit score as high as it will go in order to make a home purchase that will yield me a good interest rate.
