Room wanted in Saddle Brook, Bergen County, NJ

I am a union electrician currently living in Saddlebrook, New Jersey and I’m looking to downsize a little bit and it’s becoming very unaffordable to stay at my apartment complex. Rent has gone up fourfold since I moved in four years ago and they’re trying to kick all the old residents out so they can renovate the rooms And start charging almost $3000 a month in rent instead of The $1800. I’m paying now.
