Room wanted in Daytona Beach, Volusia County, FL

I’m a pharmacy tech, work Mon-Fri 9-5 and don’t do much socially. My dog Goose, who is exceptionally well-behaved, would be with me so outdoor space is important,, walking trails etc. I’m quiet and predictable. Goose and I go out most weekends for hiking and or kayaking adventures. I’m fine with not having guests over.
Would need a bathroom and kitchen access
