Looking to rent a room for a homeowner, or renter

I am a kind, quiet and clean organized female looking for a good size room for my queen size bed and small dog. She is loving, quiet and house trained.
If you love animals you will love her, if you don't I'm not the fit for you.
I want to roomate with someone who is kind, clean and that doesn't mind me having guest over and let's me share the kitchen, laundry room and all living spaces. I want to be treated with respect but also treated as family.
I want us both to feel comfortable and at home. Not like we can't share groceries or laundry soap as long as we both replace what we use or split the cost. I want to feel at home not like a roomate.
Profession: I do housekeeping, childcare and petcare for care and rover and also I'm a cashier at a gas station.
