Looking for a Decent, Quiet Space

I'm a college student at SDSU, graduating this May with a BA in Psychology with an Emphasis in Neuroscience and a Minor in Child Development. I will be starting a graduate certificate program in Early Childhood Mental Health at SDSU this August to better prepare myself for their graduate LPCC program next summer. I have been offered a paid mentored internship by Vista Hill that starts this summer and looking for other potential jobs working with children. I also mentor incarcerated students at the juvenile detention facilities.
I am fairly easygoing and get along with just about everyone I meet. I am also fairly tidy and am focused mainly on my education. I am spiritual rather than religious, and don't mind helping with cleaning and other chores. I am looking for a room with utilities and furnishings included in the rent price, somewhat quiet. When graduate classes start, they will be in the evening, and I plan to work during the day.
In regard to roommates, I would like them to be open-minded, understanding, and have good communication skills.
