Room wanted in Glendale, Maricopa County, AZ

I’m Kris a 46 yr old millwright industrial mechanic and a robotics technician. Im divorced. Im employed full time away from home. I just started a new job and will be working straight nights on a 2-3-2 schedule. I’ll be making $.37.50 an hour and have documentation from the company proving what I make and have no problem submitting to a background check. My credits isn’t very good after my divorce I am rebuilding it tho. I’m looking for something quiet and peaceful. Wheee I can come home after work have a beer shower watch some tv. I do like to meal prep for the work week so I’d use kitchen. I’m a marine corps infantry vet so I am clean and tidy and will leave the kitchen cleaner then how I found it. Same with my personal space. I’m not a pig and do like organization. Especially in the bathroom. I clean cook and can work on a home having owned a few in the past I did all my own work so I’m handy. Truthfully I keep to myself. I don’t have much family parents arnt around my kids are older and I’m rebuilding. I’m honest I don’t cheat or steal I do like a beer after and weekends. But I don’t get drunk 3 or 4 is my limit. I get full and sleepy. I am dating and would ask to occasionally have a guest over. We jsut stay in the room probably or just see her in passing. The occasional over night no more than once a week if that’s acceptable. If not I understand.
