Room wanted in Albany, Alameda County, CA

I am 29 and will most probably be working near the area.
My mom, 55, not working, will be with me, so I need someone who is willing to have the both of us as roommates. It does not have to be 2 rooms, my mom and I can share one as long as it’s spacious enough for two.

I am visually impaired. I can do chores and explore on my own.
My mobility will be more limited though because of my arthritis and vasculitis (not contagious), that is why my mom will be there to support me.

I am quiet, mostly keep to myself but am fine socializing from time to time, and so is my mom.
My mom and I value order and cleanliness and would hate to trouble others.

I will be out most of the day because of work, but my mom will be doing house chores that I couldn’t get to during the day. Though she is mostly stay-in she likes to take walks and explore the neighborhood.
