Room wanted in San Diego

I am in the United States Navy so I will be receiving Basic Housing Allowance. If you don’t know is an added allowance on top of my base pay that I can use to pay for the rent. It’s consistent and reliable so I will never be late or behind on the payments. My move in date is currently unknown because I have to start the process of getting BAH. I want to move in June 1st at the latest but the date can move both ways. I am 26 years old and would prefer to live with people around my age. Not a dealbreaker tho if you live in a nice place lol. I do wanna move my lil bro out here in SD from ATL to live w me full time. He’s 19 and very responsible for his age. He’d be living in my room and or if you have an extra room he can pay rent as well. If that’s a deal breaker then it’s all good I understand. Back to me tho. I’m very easy to get along with. I’m also very clean and respectful about other people’s property. I also practice guitar a lot (I also sing. If that’s something that’s gonna be a dealbreaker then maybe we won’t be a good fit.
