Seeking Month-to-Month Room Rental in Bay Area,

Hello! I’ve recently relocated to the Bay Area from Seattle to pursue my master’s degree and am seeking a comfortable living space. I’m looking for a room to rent, ideally with a private bathroom, but this isn’t a deal breaker. My budget is between $1000 and $1200.

I am interested in a month-to-month arrangement with the possibility of staying up to one year. My daughter will be staying with me for the initial month only; afterwards, she will be heading to the UK for the summer.
