I've rented a room in a house for 3 years for 850 and have never missed or been late once with my rent.
I am quiet and keep pretty much to myself.
I do smoke, but that can be done outside.
I don't have very many visitors and no family to speak of.
I do have a small ESA pup named Little Guy, but everyone calls him Puppy.
He's basically my shadow.
He loves everyone and other pets too.
He's a kokoni. A Greek caption dog.
