Room wanted in Huntington Beach, Orange County, CA

I am a professional female aged 47. I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from 06/10/2024 and have a budget of $1,000/month. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 25 and 60 years old.

I will be working in Huntington Beach 3 days per week for the next 6-12 months, starting in July or August.

Looking for just the basics- a room to sleep with access to a clean bathroom, kitchen and laundry.

I own a house in North LA County, so will be there the rest of the week.

I am married so my husband might come once in a while, but he has a job and responsibilities at our home, so it won't be a lot.

When I'm in town, I'll be at the office during the day and will only be there t night.

Will also need a parking spot or place that has easy and safe parking
