Looking for a room to rent.

I am 59 yr old female. That needs a room by May 30,2024. The amount of rent I'm hoping includes bills. If not split no more than 100.00. I am a private person, but not anti social. I work at a middle school in the MDUSD. My official total is Campus Supervisor II. I would like a room that is furnished, has kitchen and refrigerator space. I am quiet and respectful. I don't like drama. If the fit is good with roommates would make lease longer than 6 months. My dog is a chiweenie. She is almost 15 yrs old. She has always stayed in my room and only comes out to go outside. She is friendly an never bitten anyone. She doesn't bark. I am also an outdoor smoker. I've never smoked inside in every rental I've been in. Will be courteous to any roommates when they are outside. I don't make a mess, with ashes or butt's. I hope you consider me when looking for a roommate.
