Neat and clean, looking for large room ensuite

Moving out of my ex-gf’s house in Rockland County NY, where I’ve resided since 2018. We are still thinking there may be a chance for us in the future, but at this time we think it’s best to separate and work on ourselves.

I’m a computer engineer in Moonachie, where I’ve been employed full-time at Vantage MedTech since 2015. It would be great to live much closer to work, preferably in an area where driving isn’t necessary. I have a car, but would love to be able to just walk on the weekends.

I have 3 kids (13, 16, & 21) and the younger two are w/ me every other weekend, but may not be local to the apartment/house during these weekends. Ex-gf and I both want to keep things ‘normal’ for now, since we are hoping for a future together, so I’d be staying with her when I have my kids most times.

I like hiking, reading, working out, some tv, and meditating. I’m also mostly vegan, but that has no bearing on where I’m living nor who I’m living with, it’s just information about me.

Looking to move asap, and anything from month to month, or 6/12 month lease, is fine.
