Looking for Room/Guest Unit for Myself & 2 Huskies

Hi my name is Justin Ashouri, I am
looking for a local room or guest unit to move into here locally either near Sherman Oaks or even the north valley near Porter Ranch. I have been renting a house here in Sherman Oaks for $3000 a month with my 2 huskies Buddy (11) and Bebe (3). I am a self-employed business owner and music teacher. I have owned Peace of Mind Music Lessons & LA Music Exchange for about 10 years now. I recently closed/am closing my e-commerce music store because the cost of my overhead as well as taxes was too high. Since I have sold/selling the last of my inventory and have my rent for the next 6 months already accounted for and I still have my music school! My dogs are very well behaved and are with me all day, even while I work- so I guarantee they won’t be an issue. I have sold my furniture and selling the last of my inventory, I have my belongings reduced to a few big boxes. I would like to start saving money as living here the last few years has not allowed me to save and I have actually fallen behind on my work & responsibilities and have not been able to maintain the rent here so I have decided to find a cheaper accommodation.
