Looking For Room Fior Now

I am a 48 y/o gay male currently living in Serra Mesa. My situation today is that I have been basically subletting a room in this house since Nov 2020. I moved in during covid. Well, the lady who I was renting from has passed away and since I am not on the lease, the owner does not want to extend it to me, he wants to tear the house down and rebuild. I have been struggling to find a place and need to be out this Saturday, May 4.

I am a responsible, down to earth, pretty quiet, keep to myself type of guy, but very open book and transparent.  I'm not flamboyant or anything like that. I respect the privacy of others and expect the same in return. It would be just me moving in, however, on occasion I would have company, sometimes even an overnight guest. 

I currently work in food service at a restaurant in Del Mar. I work there because in 2018 I messed up and got myself wrapped up in a felony charge that is shadowing me. I am trying still to get the charge reduced, but that's a different story. I am not on probation or anything like that, and if we do meet, I will have no reason to not tell you the details of what happened.  Then last year I fought and beat cancer so I was out of work practically all year.  You could say I am rebuilding, but it’s going pretty slow.
