1 girl and 1 cat looking for a roommate (or two)

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate(s) starting ~July 15 as my current lease is coming to an end.

I'm a quiet, tidy, creative person working in the film industry with a playful black cat named Babka. I work from home most days and spend many evenings writing. I do love to host the occasional party (especially themed), and I've got around 50 plants (mostly in a glass cabinet, since my cat loves to destroy plants and cardboard).

I'm looking for other creative, considerate, and clean people who are respectful of each other's space. Extra points if you enjoy occasional nights out, going to movies, and themed parties—and if you don't mind me singing in the shower :)

In a new place, my priorities are a large bedroom, a private bathroom, in-unit laundry (I'm allergic to most detergents), and sunny windows. I've got a lot of art to hang and hope to collaborate on a curated aesthetic!

I do currently have the option to extend my current lease (3 bed 2 bath with balcony, gym, laundry in basement, big windows) if I can find 2 roommates, but am also open to a new place.
