Why I will be the best person to live with!!

I'm an honest, hard working, respectful, live & let live person. I'm not perfect but I live by the golden rule. All I need is a private place to stay long term, light cooking, use of oven, stove. I need a bed, & a closet, as well as cable. Proof of income, great references, and will pass any background checks. I'm from Ft Laud. & am starting over due to my Mom's passing after being her only caregiver over the last decade and am awaiting the courts to release my inheritance and it's taking forever! So I have to sleep somewhere! I'm very outgoing and tended Bar for over 15 yrs on Ft. Laud. Beach, Christophers, & The Hard Rock Hotel & MUST HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOR!! PS I'm only looking in Boca Raton Florida and nowhere else. They forgot to include WHERE I NEED TO LIVE!?
