For now, I am looking for a short term lease (or month-to-month if preferred by you), with the option to extend. 6-8 months to start would be ideal. Looking for a larger sized room (to accommodate a big desk/workspace) with a private bathroom. Ideally would like to share a unit with 1-2 other people (any gender). Open to hear other options if you don’t have exactly what I’m looking for.
Looking to keep rent (including utilities/wifi/parking) under $900/mo but for the right location/roommate/room I am willing to go up to $1,100/mo (including utilities/wifi/parking).
About the space: I am looking for a modern aesthetic; renovated kitchen, hardwood/laminates, bright bedrooms, etc.
Location wise, this is what I’m interested in:
- DTLA: close to Staples center preferred (my gym is in walking distance), prefer high-rise/luxury buildings.
- Orange County: Westminster, Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Fountain Valley, Costa Mesa: open to a room in a modern house/condo/apt. or a luxury apt/high-rise.
- Long Beach: open to a room in a modern house/condo/apt. or a luxury high-rise.
- DT San Diego: close to 5th & Broadway, prefer high-rise/luxury buildings
- Mira Mesa, San Diego: open to a room in a modern house/condo/apt. or a luxury high-rise.
I have the ability to move right now but also am in no rush if I don’t find a great option right away.

I’m a business coordinator for a marketing agency based in Newport Beach, CA. I work from home 4 days per week. I have a very steady and reliable job. I prefer someone who doesn't also WFH so I can sometimes work from the shared living space/dining room if my room is on the smaller side.
Outside of work, I'm focused on my side hustles & personal development right now, so I'll likely keep to myself most of the time. If you’re entrepreneurial and growth minded too, we’d probably be a great match! I don't watch tv (I only watch Bloomberg usually from 6-8am on my laptop). I am extremely clean (no clutter/cleans up after myself), quiet, considerate and friendly (I’m not uptight at all, I have a great sense of humor). I live a VERY healthy lifestyle, I workout daily and meal prep (will need fridge space & kitchen access). Generally get up between 5-7AM and go to bed between 8-10PM. I don't drink, do drugs, party or have pets/kids. Likely won’t have guests over, but prefer the option to just in case. Excellent Credit.
