Looking for a mid to large room with private bathroom, and shared common areas. Parking can be important depending on the area, for example L. A. compared to ample parking in Alhambra. I work full time, stay busy with hobbies and activities after work and some weekends. I'm easy going, clean, like to cook, do my laundry on a weekend morning, I clean up after myself. I would like someone similar, who works FT, cleans up after themselves, and is easy going and happy.
