Seeking a room for short lease

I am a professional male from germany, currently traveling. Looking to stay around a month or renting on week-to-week basis.
I am looking for a furnished (bed) room preferably with a private bathroom. I am available to move from 05/08/2024 and have a budget of up to $1,600/month but would prefer to stay below that. I would like to share with males or females this does not matter to me. I am very clean and clean up after myself. I stick to myself, however I enjoy some conversations and nice chats together.
Not much of a cook either so I won't use the kitchen besides the fridge or occassionally warming up my food.
Can video call to introduce myself better.
