I am a professional, heart-based, critical thinking, reliable women, along with my two well-behaved canine companions, Keegan and Zander. We're currently seeking a MIL/Room in a house rental in the Gig Harbor/Tacoma area. We offer a powerful incentive on the typical rental housing agreement.
About Me:
I value integrity, authenticity, and genuine connection. With a remote work setup, I'm in search of a peaceful and comfortable living environment where I can thrive both personally and professionally.
What I'm Looking For:
We are seeking a clean, comfortable, well-kept one bedroom (ADU)/ mother-in-law type, cottage, or room in house with access to shared common areas, such as the kitchen, laundry, outdoor spaces. A separate entrance, such as a mudroom door or terrace door, would be a welcomed convenience. Where I and my dogs can comfortably live and identify with ease a neighborhood setting for permanent relocation that fits our needs.
Details:
• Monthly rent $600 - $800
• Monthly with Minimum lease term: 6 months
• If needed a pet/deposit of $200
• Move-in date: End of May or sooner
• Willing to undergo a background check with a reasonable fee
About Keegan and Zander: My canine companions are well-mannered and affectionate. They're an integral part of my family, and together, we enjoy exploring the outdoors and soaking up the sunshine. Rest assured, they're friendly with both humans and other pets, rarely if ever bark, although they may sing or talk occasionally. Raised with cat, horses, chickens and garden beds.

Opportunity for Assistance:
In addition to rent, I'm open to assisting the homeowner with specific tasks such as gardening, pet/horse/chicken/ grounds care, or personal assistant duties. For these tasks, I propose a compensation arrangement of $35 per hour, not to exceed a specified number of hours per month. This arrangement would be separate from the rental agreement, with clear accounting or documentation to ensure transparency.
