Hi there, I'm a 26 year old female looking for a room rental starting mid-June / July 1st, since my current roommate is moving out of Vegas. I work from home at the moment. I would like to stay in Spring Valley as my family lives here but I am open to other locations too. My budget is 600-800 monthly. I am clean and respectful of quiet hours.
I have a 20lb cuddly wheaton terrier mix as pictured, however I am interested in no pets allowed rentals as well, because he can stay with my family if need be. Please just let me know if your message if you would be open to him, it helps a lot.
