Private bed and bath

Looking for an unfurnished private room and bath to rent for at least a year if not longer. I do enjoy gaming in my free time so fast internet would be a must. A wired connection would be preferred but I could live with wifi if the signal is strong enough. I would prefer to not live in a home with only men, but co-ed is fine. I'm kind and easy going, I'm also pretty introverted so I tend to keep to myself. I like to keep things neat and I clean up after myself. I will most likely never have anyone over. I don't smoke but I do drink very rarely. I do have a monthly income but am currently unemployed. My main focus at the moment is finding a place to live. Once I do I will focus on getting a full time job out of the home.
