Seeking laid back roommate

I am looking for a roommate that can pay bills on time, cleans up there own mess, that does not steal, and is paid back ,good communicator. That way if an issue comes up we can fix it the mature way. I keep to myself mind my own business and expect the same back. We can be friends and hang out sometimes but if we can't then that is ok as well. I don't have alot of friends coming and going but I do have a few. I am single and very comfortable and set in my ways. I love working in yard I do art work and redo furniture for my main income, also dog sit, and have a small construction company where I do construction clean up.
