I'm looking for a roommate to share a 1-year lease for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda, or NW D. C. (Mount Vernon Square, Adams Morgan, Georgetown, etc.).

A little about me:
- I work in the international affairs field
- I love plants, books, tea, and food (i. e. trying new restaurants)
- I'm a considerate, clean, extroverted introvert and early-riser roommate who's a homebody in the fall/winter and outside in the spring/summer

I'm looking to room with someone who:
- Tidy/cleans up after themselves, considerate, communicative, and culturally competent (not closed minded nor antagonistic)
- Doesn't mind hosting friends or significant others in the crib every now and then
- Values setting and respecting boundaries
