hi, i’m luca! i’m a 24 year old young professional looking for a roommate who wants to apply and sign a lease in charleston asap. my current lease ends at the beginning of june.
i’m super laidback and chill but would prefer someone who is a left-leaning, lgbtq+ ally as i am a transgender male and wouldn’t be comfortable otherwise.
i do have of which alternate between my place and my ex’s (silly, i know…). but they are all well taken care of and very sweet. someone who is allergic to cats or has pets probably would prefer to look elsewhere hahah.
anyway, i’m just looking to be in the north chas./charleston/west ashley area and would like to have some sort of outside/backyard/balcony access if possible. hi!!!
