I can go up to $900/month if it is a studio or 1-bedroom single person complex that includes all utilities in the price. For just a room, between $500 and $800 max including utilities. Not looking to share a lease or partner purchase!
I'm an older gentleman from Tacoma who is doing a late career change into nursing and am newly licensed. I plan to further one of my degrees in 2025 so the stay may turn into something longer. I don't want to be kept up by loud noises past 10pm or be hassled by any loud late-night gamers/T. V. watchers. I'm not into parties. I clean up after myself but will not be expected to clean up after others when they should be cleaning up after themselves. I won't do yard work unless it is my own single complex rental. I like to keep to myself and mind my own business. I am a nice guy but I'm not looking to make new best friends. I can do on-street parking as long as I don't have to compete for my spot or do parallel parking between vehicles. I always pay my rent on time and have excellent credit and references.
The bedroom or main room needs to be big enough for a single/twin bed, dresser, computer, desk, office chair, mini fridge, microwave, closet space and removable shelving to hold my food, dishes, office supplies, and a few boxes of personal items. It can be already furnished with a bed as long as there is no foot board on it, and it can already have a dresser. If not, I can obtain those items easily myself. I'm a minimalist so I don't own a whole lot or rent storage spaces. I don't use community items other than the kitchen sink, stove/range, bathroom, and washer/dryer. I'm looking to rent month-to-month but willing to do 3-month lease intervals. No 6-month leases for just a room but maybe for a studio or 1 bd house. Definitely no 12-month leases. I may be a little flexible with some things, but nothing I have listed is unreasonable.
