Room wanted in Tempe, Maricopa County, AZ

Looking for a room to rent for my cat and I starting in mid to late July. I’m easy going and will be working most of the time. I value communication and am a level headed person that keeps to myself. I can provide references from past roommates when requested. A place with no other animals would be ideal. If a pet is in the house already, our pets would need to meet first.
