I'm currently looking for a private room for myself only. My budget is $800 mo MAX.

I'm an active female senior citizen (65+ yrs), native to NYC, mostly retired; living on a fixed income. High Credit Score! Very quiet. Clean. Responsible. Friendly!

NO SMOKING/Drugs. (I have allergies, so I prefer roomate to not smoke in apartment. Thanks in advance!) If you have a pet that is fine by me.

My move in time is flexible, but looking at June-July. References and social media available. 

NO PAY STUBS. High credit score. I’m a freelance event photographer and have been working in the arts & crafts, antiques, collectibles trade most of my adult life.
Employment proof reference letter available.

Please respond at your earliest convenience.
