Room wanted in Gresham, Multnomah County, OR

Looking for a home within the Portland/gresham area. I do have one dog whom is 40 lbs and a mix breed. She’s not a barker and very friendly with dogs, humans alike. I work from 8am to 4pm mon - fri typically but sometimes has to be flexible due to my social work job. I’m normally home mon-fri after work and sleep around 9pm-10pm at night. I will like be home often on weekends and don’t go out much at night those days if I do it’s typically day time when I enjoy shopping, going on walks/to the dog park, bookstores/coffee, and occasionally out with friends or traveling.
