Seeking Summer Room in NYC (June 1 - August 31st)

Hello! I'm Bryce, a 26-year-old professional from Charleston, SC, diving into NYC this summer for business. If you have a place in Manhattan or Brooklyn (especially in Bedford Stuyvesant, Williamsburg, Crown Heights, East Village, Upper East Side, or nearby), I'd love to hear from you. Really anywhere in NW Brooklyn or SE Manhattan.

I'm looking for a furnished place to call home from June through August, ideally on a month-to-month lease or subleasing from someone else.

Work & Lifestyle:

Working in the B2B technology sector; this job keeps me engaged and occasionally working long hours from home. Other days I may work remotely just from my room or shared space. I’m very mindful of not taking calls while other people are trying to relax in a shared space.

Since I’ll be commuting to work and meet-ups, proximity to public transportation is crucial.

Room Requirements:

Must be furnished; I’m looking for a clean, quiet space where I can relax and recharge.

Open to living with males or females—preferably young professionals or grad students but age/gender/race/religion/orientation/etc. really doesn’t matter. I’m very comfortable around everyone and easy to get along with.

Must have WIFI or Internet

Ideally has a desk and chair in the room and has a laundry machine in the unit although not a deal breaker.
