Room wanted in Manhattan, NY

Hi, I’m Caitlin, a 28 yo Social Media Manager. I’m looking for a new place for me and my cat, Momo, to call home.

I would ideally like to live in Manhattan below 86th street. I work M-F, in office Tuesday - Thursday, work from home Mondays and Fridays.

I’m good at keeping communal spaces clean and respecting other’s space. My cat Momo can be a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she’s a sweetheart! I would keep all her stuff in my personal space.

I have my own furniture, so ideally it’s an unfurnished room. I enjoy spending time in my own space but also go out every now and again. Open to chilling/having drinks together/watching tv or we can do our own thing. Would prefer maximum of 3 roommates in the space.

I’m available to move from 06/15/2024 and have a budget of $2,100/month. I would prefer to share with females, ideally between 23 and 35 years old.
