I keep to my self, Am willing to mow lawn and or do any minor or major repairs around the house. I have a motorcycle that I prefer is inside a garage or a shed. If no such storage space exists be allowed to build a shed/ car port. I travel a lot and have late night obligations during two days of the week. (Tuesdays and Thursdays). I am a mechanic by trade so I can also help out with any vehicle issues one may have (I will fix minor issues for free or subsidized from rent)
