Hi!
I am female, in my early 30, non-smoker. I am looking to move June 1st, month by month, long-term. Budget $1200 including utilities.

I will have a full-time job upon moving.

I am clean but a little untidy. I won't have pets, and will be out of the apartment for most of the day, and probably even night. My goal is just to work full-time.

I am an actress and model, and will sometimes, do auditions in the apartment. So I will be speaking out loud, setting up a camera at various spots etc. Let me know if this is an issue. Otherwise, I am quiet, flexible and easy to work with.
