Chill female 30’s - looking 4 rm to rent SWLV

Hi! Soon to be divorced mom in my 30’s, need my own space or I’m going to go crazy living w/ my soon to be ex husband… will be temporary but in the meantime I love to cook, feed people, and play on my laptop when not working on it. I am in a new relationship but he has his own place I just want my own peaceful unfurnished space. I have a son who is 15 almost 16, who would come visit sometimes but is mostly interested in his gf and cars, not really his mom so much lol. I get along with everyone, all ages, male or female, and I love learning new things and meeting new people. I don’t smoke or really drink much but don’t judge those who do 😉 budget is $750/mo including utilities.
