Looking for a responsible roommate?

Good day y’all,

I’m looking for a room to call home for the next 6-12 months preferably somewhere very close to 4 train or even the Montefiore/albert Einstein hospitals. I’ll be training in area hospitals in the ICU. So never a bad thing when you have someone who is adept at handling emergency situations.

I’m clean, courteous, responsible with integrity and excellent credit. I have always been very easy to get along with, and have no drama and low maintenance.

I say what I do and do what I say. For the room, utilities included would be preferred - washer/dryer a plus. Among roommates/landlord I’m looking for someone with integrity and without deceptive situations/practices - I’m definitely not someone you want to come after you legally, family is full of lawyers 😂
