I am searching for a room for a minimum year lease. I would love to move in as soon as May 31st. My current landlord is selling and I unfortunately tried Spiltspot first before I got ghosted.

I'm 31, single, female. I am pretty quiet. I'm more of an early to rise, early to bed type so I don't really party but I don't mind occasional game nights or going out for dinner.
I don't have a car, I'm a public transit girl. Haha.
I work from home as a PA. I have a medical alert dog and an ESA cat. I can leave the car with my current landlord if needed.
I'm pretty clean, organized and keep to myself. I don't mind hanging out when everyone is in the mood though.
