Older Gay Male Chef seeks room

Hi , I’m a semi-retired professional chef, 57 years old, gay male, quiet, friendly, yet often keep to myself. I clean up after myself and keep the common areas clean; very conscious of noise when others are sleeping, studying, etc. and looking for the same in other roommates. I share partial custody of two small dogs with my estranged husband, about 10 days per month. One is 15 and in poor health. I take a writing class each semester. I go out on occasion, but more of a “Netflix & chill” person at night. I work part time making Argentine food for a cafe.
