Room wanted in New York

Hello everyone, I’m a 26 year old male looking for a room. My current lease ends on July 1st, so I’m aiming for a July 1st move in. I would prefer to have my own bathroom but don’t mind sharing one, as long as we keep the bathroom clean. Location wise, my office is in Hudson Yards area, I’m open to live in Chelsea, Hell’s Kitchen and Upper Westside. Since my work is right next to Penn station, as long as I can access ACE, 123, and 7 lines, I’m open to live anywhere in Manhattan. I’m outgoing, enjoy meeting new people and respect other people’s boundaries. I love sports, big basketball/soccer fan, I also play basketball and soccer during my free time. I like going to coffee shops and reading. I would like to become friends with my future roommates and host dinners with friends. I go into the office 4 times a week, I do have the option to work from home, but I prefer to go in to the office
