Female student looking for room Sac or Elk Grove

Hi I am looking for a room for rent in a house or apartment in the Sacramento or Elk Grove áreas. I have one more semester left at sac state! I also am a waitress in Elk Grove so I would like to be near either work or school to save on gas and time. I do delivery driving gigs as well and midtown is a good area for this, so I am also looking in that area.
I don’t have a preference on gender of roommates but I would prefer to live with people without children in the home for peace and quiet. Other than that I am easy going and friendly, will do my share of chores. I am gone or in my room most of the time so I will not bother anyone.
I do have an emotional support cat that I would really like to keep with me if possible, but family will take care of her if I can’t bring her. I would hope that unless someone in the home is allergic that you still consider me. She is sweet and I keep her litter box in my room not the common area. She was raised with other dogs and cats so if u have pets we can introduce them!
