Room wanted in Durham, Raleigh, or Chapel Hill

Hello! My boyfriend and I am looking for a room in either a shared apartment or a private one! We are both students, he is an international student while I am from North Carolina. As for the space there are not many requirements, the only big one is parking, I have a car so I would need a parking spot available. We are wanting to move in September. We are hoping to find a 6 month lease if possible. We would like to pay between $800-$950 before utilities but are willing to pay up to $1100! :)
