Room wanted in Portland, Multnomah County, OR

Clean, quiet, easy going, hard worker, dog obsessed. Looking for new digs closer to Moda Center(job), would like to move before basketball season starts up again. Currently live in sketchy area, w my work schedule I don't feel comfortable coming and going after ten o'clock and sometimes later from work. I have a deaf 65lb pittie, she's a sweet couch potato and a great watch dog, but really loves everyone. I pretty much keep to myself, rarely have company, and am a bit of a nite owl. I don't drink or do drugs, I am 420 friendly. I have PTSD from being in an abusive relationship w an alcoholic, please please don't be an alcoholic. People have lied to me thinking this is no big deal, it is, if you are a daily drinker, please no. I would like my own room, am ok sharing a bathroom as long as we share cleaning responsibilities or work something out. Extra closets, living area, garden space would be deeply appreciated but not deal breakers.
