From New Orleans. new to Chicago

New to Chicago and looking to share a space until I figure out where I will settle down. I will be working in the Chicago vicinity and traveling back and forth between New Orleans and Chicago once a month.

Must haves; private bathroom, nice sized room, clean/trust worthy and “go with the flow” roomie , ability to have an out of town visitor from time to time, somewhere to park and wash clothes.

Wishlist: Balcony to grill, roomie with a cool dog or cat, restaurants and cocktails within immediate walk, close to public transportation.

Dream list: all of the above and a building with an indoor pool, spa and sauna.
